Lemon and White Chocolate Quick Cake

 

This cake is quick and the kids can help.

 

WHAT TO GET

 

1 boxed white cake mix

1 can (15.75 oz.) lemon pie filling

3/4 cup milk

zest from one lemon (optional)

3/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

1 cup white chocolate chips

butter for cake pan

 

13 x 9 inch cake pan, buttered

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Put everything else in a big bowl and mix until it looks like thick cake batter. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

 

Bake 40 minutes.
