Chocolate Pizza

 

Make this dessert pizza in a 13 inch pizza pan. If you don’t have a pizza pan, you can use an 11 x 14 inch roasting pan.

 

WHAT TO GET

 

24 chocolate graham cracker squares

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1-1/3 cup shredded coconut

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

 

13 inch pizza pan or 11 x 16 inch roasting pan

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Start melting the butter or margarine. Crush the chocolate graham crackers until you have nice crumbs. (A food processor works great for this. Or you can put them in a 1-gallon freezer bag and whack them for awhile.) In a bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix thoroughly and pour into pizza pan or roasting pan. Using a large spoon, smooth mixture evenly over bottom of pan.

 

Sprinkle slivered almonds over graham cracker mix. Sprinkle with both kinds of chocolate chips. Sprinkle coconut on top. This recipe will help you perfect your sprinkling skills. Pour sweetened condensed milk all over.

 

Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool and cut into narrow wedges, like pizza. If you’re using a rectangular roasting pan, cut it like this:
