THE CUSTOMIZED HOUSEWARES PACKAGE
We know every property is different - in style, region, clientele and budget. So from the time we invented the housewares package for vacation ownership, all our packages have been fully customizable. Today, we are pleased to offer to all our clients the services of our Creative Director, who works with developers, designers and architects to create tabletops, kitchen housewares and bathroom accessories that enhance the image and function of their properties.

PER-UNIT PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
We were the first. It's standard practice today, but back in 1968 Ski and Sea had the idea to pack and ship all the housewares for one unit in boxes clearly labeled with the unit number. The idea seems so simple but it had a huge impact, saving our clients untold hours of receiving, sorting and installing.

THE 10-YEAR PLACE SETTING
We manufacture our own lines of dinnerware and silverware, so we offer matching replacements for at least ten years to come. And we've been making good on that offer for over three decades.

THE CUSTOM CABINET PLAN
Give us a drawing of your kitchen cabinets and we'll send you an easy-to-use plan showing how best to install your housewares. It's all done in pictures, so the installer's native language isn't a problem. And it can serve as a permanent resource for housewares maintenance and inventory.
